USA and War

United States has been at war constantly for the last 60 years, this has made USA the most experienced nation at war games and tactics. This also allows them to experiment and improvise by first hand learning and experience. Also they can improvise not only on tactics but also on equipment and weapons delivery systems. This makes a deadly combination. There are various war scenarios, like Vietnam (Jungle warfare), Middle East (Desert warfare), both requiring different skills and equipment.
Today only USA is capable of waging a war on a truly global scale, rest all are only paper tigers.
Others if they have the equipment, the question is do they have the capability and the skills to effectively bring about the required outcome? The answer is NO.
The sooner the world realises the better, fortunately for the world USA is a democratic nation, whose people have sence of justice and fairplay.

Iraq War

George Bush has taken a very far sighted policy, he has taken a very bold stand and discounted short term gains for very far reaching goals.

IRAQ WAR & GEORGE BUSH

I feel that George has done a great job. He will be rememebered not know but after 10-15 years.
Truly a very far sighted policy.

PUNE: Results of the higher secondary certificate exam (std XII) conducted by the Maharashtra State Board for Secondary and Higher Secondary Education in March 2005, will be announced here on Tuesday.

The board will announce the result and merit list in the morning and respective junior colleges will be given result books and marklists of their students in the afternoon. Respective junior colleges will declare the results at 3 pm.

As many as 10.34 lakh students including 4.09 lakh girls and 6.25 lakh boys appeared for the HSC exam this year. There were 1,599 exam centres across the state and exam was conducted for 157 subjects. Exams were conducted simultaneously by the Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Amravati, Nasik and Latur regional boards.

The board continued with the barcode system to prevent malpractices during paper evaluation. Students were also asked to stick the board holocraft on the answer sheets after writing their seat number, centre and signature. This method was introduced two years ago to prevent answer sheets from being exchanged.

To prevent incidents of copying, the board introduced multiple question papers for English language on an experimental basis. Accordingly four sets of question papers were used for the subject. Exam in general knowledge subject was taken for the first time this year for students of military schools. The on-line exam for information technology subject introduced last year was continued this year.

The board had deputed over a hundred flying squads in the state to check exam related malpractices. In addition sitting squads were also deputed at exam centres which have been identified as notorious. Video shooting was also done at exam centres to check malpractices.
